Regina’s smoked ribs

Around our house, ribs are serious business, in fact it is a 3 day process. 


Here’s the basic recipe:

…. Dry rub and refrigerate for 24 hrs, next day smoke for 5-6 hrs between 200-225 degrees. Take off smoker, wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight. Next day, cut the cooled ribs, place back in foil and bake for 5-6 hours at 225 degrees.
